What we're looking for

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and enhancing our AI-driven CRM platform. You will be responsible for integrating tools like HubSpot, Snowflake, and Gmail into the CRM and managing various other platform and website-related integrations.

Responsibilities

CRM Integration:

• Design, develop, and implement integrations between our AI-driven CRM and third-party tools like HubSpot, Snowflake, and Gmail
• Ensure data synchronization, seamless communication, and API connectivity between systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain platform efficiency.

Website Management:

• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to maintain, update, and optimize the company’s website
• Implement tools, plugins, and integrations to improve website functionality and user experience.

Tool Integrations:

• Identify, assess, and implement new tools that align with our CRM’s AI capabilities and enhance functionality.
• Work on end-to-end integration projects, from requirement gathering to deployment.

Collaboration and Innovation:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (AI, marketing, sales) to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
