As a Full-Stack Engineer at MineMe, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technological foundation of our company. You will work closely with the founding team to develop and implement innovative solutions that align with our mission. This role offers the unique opportunity to take ownership of various projects, work on cutting-edge technology, and significantly impact our growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and robustness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Implement and optimize machine learning and AI models to enhance our data processing and analysis capabilities.
• Lead the development of systems that facilitate ethical data exchange between consumers and enterprises.
• Drive the technical direction of the company, making critical decisions about architecture, tools, and processes.
• Ensure the security and privacy of consumer data in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers as the team grows.
• Contribute to a culture of open communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, preferably in a startup environment.
• Proven experience with machine learning and AI models.
• Strong expertise in full-stack development (front-end and back-end).
